Who we are

This website, ztzk.io, is operated by ZTZK, a ThinkTech Holdings company (“ZTZK”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the website only. Customer data processed by the ZTZK product is governed by the agreement with that customer.

What we collect

When you request access. Your work email address and, if you choose one, what you need to prove (for example SOC 2 or HIPAA).

When you visit. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to count visits to pages.

How we use it

To reply to your request, arrange access or a demo, and operate and secure the website. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the website and deliver our email — currently Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (email delivery) — and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep access requests for as long as we need them to respond and manage our relationship with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@ztzk.io. Depending on where you live — for example California, the EU or the UK — you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Where it’s processed

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. See Security.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
